  • Training of Trainers in Cacao Post Harvest

    The PCIC/PCIA recognizes that the post harvest processing in cacao, namely the fermentation and drying of cacao, has a big impact in the taste of the cacao.

    The PCIA has invited international cacao expert, Steve deVries, to do a post harvest workshop with scientists from all the various State Universities and Colleges all over the Philippines.
