The Philippine Cacao Industry Association Inc. (PCIA Inc.) is the private sector arm of the Philippine Cacao Industry Council (PCIC), a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered organization and a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) accredited by the Philippine Council for Agri-fisheries (PCAF), with the principal address at the Armson Complex, P. Remedio St., Banilad, Mandaue City, duly represented herein by its Chairperson, Consul Armi Lopez-Garcia.

PCIA Inc. serves as the private sector counterpart of the Philippine Cacao Industry Council (PCIC) in the promotion of the Cacao Industry through the effective implementation of the Harmonized Production and Postharvest Protocols and Action Plans stipulated in the Cacao and Chocolate Industry Roadmap and also operates as the Project Management Office (PMO) of the PCIC which is in charge of planning, organizing, coordinating, mentoring, and monitoring programs, activities, and projects for the development of the cacao industry in the country.
